Any Decor:

Any Decor Contrasting a single pattern with a limited number of solid colors requires thought and planning. The size, style, and colors of the pattern all need to be selected carefully so they harmonize with the rest of the any decor. When it comes to combining two or more patterns that match or contrast with one another, the challenge is that much greater. However, by following a few guidelines, you will quickly see how to use a variety of patterns to create a strikingly successful any decor¬ative scheme.

If you have a sunless room, you may wish to enliven it with light tones, while a sunny room can tolerate a range of darker tones. Consider, too, the major items of furniture, and the carpets and curtains, that the any decor must complement. If you already possess a dark-colored set of furniture and want to create a bright, spacious atmosphere in your living room, consider light tones for the rest of the any decor. If, however, you have pale carpets, the room will appear warmer with the addition of deep-toned, rich-colored furnishings.

See Also Decor Trends:

Decor Trends Lean Toward Luxury At $5,800 a set, you probably won't be able to afford the ultimate luxury of the year - cashmere sheets. Donald Trump will have them. You won't. But that won't stop you from wanting them. Your hunger for luxury will continue to shape the way you shop and decorate in 2006. "It's become embedded in the culture that everyone is entitled to a little bit of luxury," says Candace Corlett, principal consultant at WSL Strategic Retail in New York. As a result, you can expect to see more and more luxurious-looking or designer-like items available for sale, especially at big-box stores. But oh, the guilt. In 2005, the world has been scoured by killer waves, hurricanes, earthquakes and war.

Interior design trends are always changing, and Metropolitan Home's "Decorate" wants to help keep consumers up-to-date. "We've seen a real shift in interior design, away from stark minimalism to much more decorative interiors," says author Michael Lassell. "I pulled out what I think are some of the current trends in design."

On The Other Hand See Decor Ative:

Sure the decor ativeations and menus were quite impressive looking, but did the food wow me as much as the decor ative? In a word, Yes!

The Eleventh Annual Fine Furnishings Providence Show is slated for October 27 - 29, 2006 at the Rhode Island Convention Center. Both fine furnishings shows provide a venue for artisans to meet with designers, decor ativeators, members of the Home Decor ative media, collectors, and the general public to make direct sales, initiate commissions, and generate publicity about their work. Many dedicated exhibitors have developed long-term relationships with clients they originally met at fine furnishings. The shows are open to artists and designers residing and working in North America who are the principal behind the design and craftsmanship of the work. All work must be originally designed, handcrafted and appropriate for Home Decor ative.
