Most state boating laws require that these reports be made to a designated state office or official. On The Other Hand See Office Of Price:Rationing in the United States began a few days after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in December 1941, with a temporary freeze on sales of automobile tires until administrative conŽtrols could be improvised. Responsibility for rationing was then delegated to the Office of Price Administration (OPA), q.v., an emergency agency that had been established by executive orŽder in April of that year as the Office of Price Administration and Civilian Supply to control prices and rents. However, any beginning professional or advanced amateur, which includes you if you are reading this book with the inŽtention of making a profit with your camera, should never fail to net at least $25 per wedding for a few hours of work.
This does not mean that you should set a price for coverŽing a wedding and then deliver a set of pictures for that flat price. There are much better ways of pricing your work. The flat fee system has two disadvantages. First, naming a price will sometimes cause you to lose the opportunity to do the job simply because someone else quotes a lower figure, and second, a package deal at a fixed price tends to put a top limit on what you can earn on each wedding.
